“Beauty on a budget” is a sub-direction we launched recently. It’s designed for families who unlike our regular clients have higher time and money restrictions, but who just like all our clients also need their “Home Sweet Home”. And we are here to help :)

Can I install (paint, assemble, mount) everything myself?

Surely. You don’t have to use our installation team and you can do it yourself and save

What if I have some existing furniture that I want to utilize?

As already mentioned, this is totally up to you. In this case you have two options:

Option A. Once the designs are developed and you receive the shopping list, you don’t have to buy the approved item (say a bed), and you can use yours instead

Option B. If really you need to see how your item (say a bed) looks with the rest, we can also create a 3d model of your piece (for a small fee)

At the same time, it is worth noting, that the originally approved combination will most likely look and work much better, thus making you much happier with your new home. Therefore, also keeping in mind this new home of yours opens a new greater chapter in your life, maybe it is a good reason to find a way to leave all the old furniture behind (sell it) and create a totally new, much better home? No pressure of course…

Do you provide discounts or referral fees?

Yes, we provide discounts on our design services (up to 50%) and happily pay referral fees (up to $500). Please don’t hesitate to contact us, if you need to hear more details

Please advise on the process and timing?

1. Once the project is commenced, we will study your apartment (floorplan, photos), your style preferences and other requirements, and we will provide you with at least five great design options (true-to-life images) for each room

Our design library currently consists of over 200 designs, and we constantly add new designs. All designs are based on stocked inexpensive items, so that installing everything costs little and takes just a few days. If needed, we will develop more designs specifically for you, based on the list of your suggestions (style, color palette, etc.)

2. You will choose the design for every room

3. We will adjust the chosen designs for your floorplan and share them with you (true-to-life images). It is worth noting that while adjusting the designs we will possibly need to replace a few items in case they are back-ordered or discontinued (this is a constantly changing world), but we will make sure the entire design will stay as close to the chosen one in terms of its feel, style and budget

4. Once the designs are finalized, we will provide you with the shopping list, paint colors and installation details

5. You can then do it yourself or hire our installation team, and we will purchase, paint, assemble, mount and stage everything based on the paradigm of ‘What I See Is What I Get’

Lead time: about a week, depending on the deliveries and actual stock availability; furthermore, the steps 1-4 (and purchases on the step 5) can be executed in advance (even before you have the keys), so once everything is delivered, it will take just a few days to install it

How does the pricing work?

Our design fees are flat fees starting from $250 per room, depending on the terms and project specifics

The furnishing cost (furniture, light fixtures, window treatment, wall art, mirrors, rugs, decorative cushions, etc.) depends on the chosen design, but it starts from around 2K per room + delivery costs, materials and taxes. Furthermore, if you have some existing items to utilize, the cost of your new Home Sweet Home will be even less or much less! Labor is extra, but you can always install everything yourself (paint, assemble, mount and stage)

And with financing available, a room, fully designed and furnished, will cost you zero down, followed by very low and conveniently fixed montly payments!

What if I want some adjustments?

No problem. Although this might incur some surcharges

Once you chose the designs, you can add a list of your adjustments (say replace the rug, or use an ottoman instead of the coffee table, etc.) and one adjustment per room is free of charge. We are more than happy to make as many revisions as you want, but this will somewhat increase our design fees. Same applies to you opting to revise the final design adapted to your floorplan. We tend to minimize the amount of adjustments and revisions as much as possible, diligently adhering to the standardized and straightforward step by step process. This is because we believe that basically any nicely executed interior will make you happy, making the majority of adjustments quite unnecessary, and allowing us to manage projects in a very efficient and organized way, thus keeping our services as promised - fast and affordable. Overall, we recommend to just keep your possible adjustments in mind and save your money - once the designs are developed and you receive the shopping list, just don’t buy some of the items (say a rug or a coffee table), and choose something else instead

Do I have to buy all the items? What if I don’t want to spend all budget immediately?

No, you don’t have to buy everything immediately

Once the designs are developed, we will provide you with the shopping list and you can decide what should be purchased right away and what can be put off for later. This way you can spend in a pace that is comfortable for you, buying piece after piece and gradually creating the Home of your Dreams

And if you don’t want to buy something or already have an existing substitute, you don’t have to spend at all

Do I purchase everything myself or will you purchase it for me?

Either way. If you want us to purchase the furnishing, we will provide you with all our discounts, but we will also add a purchasing fee. Usually it ends up being about the same total, plus your saved time as a bonus
